She is a Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor/Personal Fitness Trainer ,currently living in Hong Kong!
As a Professional Dancer, she has taught dancing to adults and kids and yoga to the elderly for over seven years. It is where she established her passion for teaching movement.
With over 10 years of competitive dancing, she has many old injuries. I discovered that Pilates offers numerous benefits for dancers, whether it be rehabilitation after injury, working towards strength goals, or injury prevention.
She obtained a Pilates Instructor qualification and started teaching Pilates.She then further obtained qualifications as a professional fitness trainer. She believes that Finding forms of movement that improve stability, flexibility, strength, body awareness, and coordination is the foundation for a healthy life.
She has always had a passion for movement, and she loves being able to share that passion with others. She believes in finding forms of movement that feel good for your body and soul, and she hopes that through her classes, she can guide you to your best-feeling self!
